Shipping & Delivery Policy

HI-Homes delivers across India to over 19,000 pin codes through premier surface and express cargo logistics partners (including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and specialized furniture handlers). All shipments are packed in heavy-duty weatherproof protective sleeves to ensure your rugs arrive in pristine condition.

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹150 is applied at checkout to cover regional logistics handling.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes up to a maximum cart limit of ₹10,000. A standard COD handling fee of ₹99 applies to cover secure courier cash collection.

Every HI-Homes order is inspected by our quality assurance specialists at our central dispatch hub in Gurugram before being handed over to couriers.

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: In-stock catalog items are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Made-to-Order Rugs: Hand-tufted and hand-woven pieces crafted upon order are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks to accommodate artisan loom setup and finishing.
• Custom & Bespoke Rugs: Uniquely proportioned or custom-dyed rugs require 3 to 5 weeks production lead time. Our team provides photo updates during loom weaving.

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, an automated confirmation is sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp/SMS containing a direct tracking link and AWB number.

You can also check live transit status at any time by visiting our dedicated Help Centre or contacting customer support with your 5-digit HI-Homes Order Number.

Please ensure that your delivery address includes a complete street name, landmark, and valid 6-digit pin code. Couriers require an active mobile phone number to coordinate delivery attempts and send OTP verification.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at hihomes.store@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be processed once the package has departed our dispatch facility.

While over 95% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated window, unforeseen delays may occasionally arise due to adverse weather, festival volume surges, regional transportation strikes, or remote logistics routing.

If your package has exceeded its estimated transit time by more than 3 business days without a tracking update, please contact our escalation desk at +91 8090910988 so we can prioritize an investigation with senior courier management.

Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your rug. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refused acceptance, the shipment will be returned to our Gurugram facility (Return-to-Origin / RTO).

In the event of an RTO for non-contactable recipients, re-dispatch charges will apply to re-ship the product.
