HI-Homes is a premium Indian rug and home-furnishing brand celebrating the master carpet-weaving heritage of Bhadohi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our home-furnishing products.

By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all associated policies published herein.

To enter into a binding contract on HI-Homes, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the storefront under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized server access, or copy proprietary catalog imagery without written consent.

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our handcrafted rugs as accurately as possible. However, because display settings, ambient room lighting, and device screen calibrations vary, actual rug tones may display slight tonal variations in person.

Because our products are crafted by hand from natural fibres (wool, jute, cotton), subtle variations in weave texture, minor yarn sprouting, and dimensional variances of ±3% to 5% are inherent hallmarks of authentic artisan craft and do not constitute defective merchandise.

All prices listed on HI-Homes are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify catalog pricing at any time without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already received confirmed order confirmation.

Payments may be processed via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, supported digital wallets, or Cash on Delivery where serviceable.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. HI-Homes reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline your order at any time after receipt for reasons including product out-of-stock, pricing discrepancies, unserviceable logistics pin codes, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, any charged amount will be promptly refunded in full.

Bespoke custom-sized and commissioned rugs require advance confirmation of architectural measurements, color palettes, and loom lead times. Once custom weaving has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for change-of-mind, as the rug is crafted exclusively to client specifications.

All shipments are fulfilled through authorized third-party cargo carriers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon confirmed physical delivery to the designated shipping address. Standard in-stock catalog rugs may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. All returns are subject to physical inspection at our Gurugram facility before refund release.

All content included on this website, including but not limited to rug designs, photography, product graphics, brand trademarks, copy, layout, and software code, is the proprietary property of HI-Homes and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall HI-Homes, its proprietors, directors, or artisans be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a purchased product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific product.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
